Seamless Airway Training: Online to In-Person

At the heart of PAC are our enhanced infographic posters: not just visuals, but bridges between the digital and physical worlds of learning. Each one is a hands-on teaching tool, linked to step-by-step digital guides that break down complex concepts into clear, actionable skills. Learn online, then bring it to life at a live PAC event or set up a training station in your ED, ICU, ambulance bay, classroom, or even your breakroom. Wherever you need immersive, practical training, these tools fit seamlessly into your workflow and empower your entire team.

This is more than content—it’s a living ecosystem of modular, self-directed, real-world airway education, ready whenever and wherever you are. More importantly, you join a community of airway educators and clinicians to support you along the way.

Where It All Begins — The Original Six.

We divide our immersive curriculum into six theme-based learning spaces that cover the full depth and breadth of airway management. Our strength lies in a global, agnostic perspective, one shaped by real-world experience across the entire continuum of care, from the prehospital environment to the ED, ICU, OR, and beyond. Each learning space is packed with specialized topics, essential concepts, and practical skills, giving you the tools to explore, adapt, and master airway management from every angle.

Own the Head of the Bed

Taking Charge of the Airway Operator’s Home Base

What’s Inside

Stepping into the airway operator’s home base demands more than technical skill; it requires preparation, precision, and a clear sense of purpose. Your primary mission isn’t just to intubate, it’s to protect your patient from the dangers of hypoxia. That means preparing your patient, equipment, and team for everything that follows. You’ll need to understand safe apnea time, master the principles of RSI, build a plan to secure the airway under pressure, and be prepared for post-intubation care. It’s a lot to manage. That’s exactly why we created this space: to help you take Own the Head of the Bed.

Pediatric Airway Program

Not just small, different

What’s Inside

Children have many anatomical and physiological differences from adults, as well as a host of childhood-specific causes of respiratory compromise that require emergency airway management. Knowing these differences will allow you to execute a safe & effective strategy for managing a pediatric airway. In this space, we’ll cover all the concepts, tools & skills you’ll need to successfully manage any pediatric airway emergency. Let’s get started!

What’s Inside

Anatomic variation and pathologic abnormalities can challenge your abilities, but building confidence in your intubation skills is just one aspect of the equation. When your preferred intubation technique fails and your stress levels rise, you need a reliable set of backup maneuvers, a mindset that accepts uncertainty, and a belief that while failures occur, failing to plan for them should never be an option. Enter this space to learn how to prepare for the unexpected and manage any anatomical difficulties that may arise.

What’s Inside

There’s a dangerous intersection between critically ill physiology and intubation. If you don’t want to crash and burn, you must pay attention to the number one rule of the road: “Resuscitate before you intubate.”  In this space, we will expand your understanding of what makes an airway difficult and demonstrate an effective method for navigating the complex physiology of the peri-intubation period, enabling you to protect your patients from the adverse effects that medications, endotracheal tube placement, and positive pressure ventilation can have on critically ill patients.

What’s Inside

In this space, we expand your concept of what makes an airway difficult, focusing on the situational determinants of success. Human factors, unusual locations, unique conditions, unexpected problems, and the availability of resources can all derail your best efforts when the unfamiliar thrusts you outside your comfort zone. We collaborated with our retrieval experts, who are skilled in managing airways under challenging circumstances. The result is a space filled with the concepts and skills for managing the unexpected. Welcome to the learning space we call the situationally difficult airway.

A game-changing technique that every airway operator needs in their toolkit: Suction-Assisted Laryngoscopy and Airway Decontamination, better known as SALAD. Developed by Dr. Jim DuCanto, SALAD is an innovative approach designed to combat the chaos of massive airway contamination, giving you the skills to clear the way for successful intubation under the toughest conditions. Whether you’re in the ER, the ICU, or on the front lines of prehospital care, mastering this technique could be the difference between failure and a life saved. So grab your (large bore) suction, and let’s dive in!”

An Integrated Learning Space

To Build Durable Skills

PAC is an integrated learning system, not a single course. Our digital content supports multiple learning styles, on your schedule. Begin in the PACscape to explore the concepts, mental models, and procedural frameworks that underpin safe airway management.

Need CME or an online course for yourself or your program? Our CME-enabled resources provide structured, on-demand education that stands on its own.

But airway skills are not built on screens alone. The same curriculum extends into the physical world through pop-up learning and hands-on training deployed where you work. Graphic, interactive posters guide procedures, skills challenges, expert coaching, and high-fidelity simulation, using a shared language across digital and physical spaces.

For deeper, tailored training, teams can book customized small-group sessions in our studio, or attend live courses and flagship events in New York City and partner sites worldwide.

The result is continuity—from online learning, to hands-on practice, to real-world performance. PAC gives you the tools, structure, and flexibility required for next-generation airway training.
