Role Assignments
Taking on the role of the head of the bed requires an understanding of your role and the support roles needed to help you succeed. Ideally, you should be able to jump in and assist in any of these support roles and guide less experienced team members.
Developing Teamwork
Team members should have mutual respect and trust in each other’s abilities. Understand and share a common goal; be willing to learn and collaborate. They communicate openly within a no-blame culture and know how to escalate concerns.
