critical language to elevate your airway practice

Often the initial attempt at oxygenation with the use of any upper airway lifeline is insufficient to restore adequate deliver to the alveoli. The term optimization is a reminder that getting it right on the first try is not as important, as what you do next. For every upper airway lifeline (FMV, SAD, ETT) knowledge of a series of optimization techniques is required. so you can rapidly cycle through them and optimize your performance at oxygen delivery.
The Critical Language Project is a part of the Protected Airway Collaborative.
