  1. Breathe in over 4 seconds
  2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds
  3. Exhale out over 4 seconds
  4. Hold on exhale for 4 seconds

Breathing techniques are used by elite athletes to improve their performance. They can be used to gain focus, reduce anxiety and control stress. When applied correctly breathing techniques can increase your ability to stay centered, and calm the mind. Breathing is therefore the foundational technique among other performance enhancing skills which is why we made it the second law of emergency airway care. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
