A face mask, supraglottic airway, and endotracheal tube can each establish alveolar oxygen delivery when successful. The team still has to confirm that ventilation is occurring. That is the common job. Each demands different preparation, different actions from the operator, and a different way of recognizing trouble.
This Exhibit is the branching point. Each path opens the same learning sequence: know the equipment, learn the foundational action, then optimize efficiently toward best effort.
The Vortex does not arrange the lifelines as a fixed hierarchy. That does not make them interchangeable. Device selection and sequence still depend on the patient, the clinical purpose, the operator, and the setting.
